How does the timezone difference actually play out?
Our working day overlaps with US mornings, which is when most feedback lands anyway. In practice you send notes during your day and wake up to progress. For calls we schedule inside your business hours, not ours.
How do payments work?
We invoice in USD and accept international bank transfer and the common online payment methods. Projects are split into milestones so you are never paying far ahead of delivered work.
What if we already have a site or store?
Plenty of our work is fixing or rebuilding rather than starting over. We will audit what you have and tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth the money or whether targeted fixes will get you most of the result for a fraction of the cost.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do, entirely. We build in your accounts wherever possible and hand over everything at the end. Nothing is held back as leverage.
Do you sign NDAs and contracts?
Yes. We are happy to work under your NDA and contract, or provide ours if you prefer.
