A sample batch first
Before any volume commitment we complete a small sample against your actual rules, so you can check the output is what you expected. If the format is wrong, better to find out on fifty records than five thousand.
Written rules, agreed upfront
Most data entry problems are specification problems, not effort problems. We write down the field rules, the edge cases and what to do when a record is ambiguous, then work to that document rather than guessing.
Checked before it reaches you
Work is reviewed against the agreed rules before delivery. Where a record cannot be resolved confidently, it gets flagged for your decision rather than filled in with a guess.
Timezone that works in your favour
India is hours ahead of Europe and the Americas. Work sent at the end of your day is typically progressing while you sleep, with output waiting when you start.
Your data stays yours
We work in your systems where you prefer, sign NDAs as standard, and return or delete source files at the end of a project on request.
Common questions
How is it priced?
Either per record or per hour, depending on which fits the work. Repetitive, well-defined tasks usually price better per record; varied or judgement-heavy work per hour. We quote after seeing a sample of the real data, not before.
What is the minimum project size?
There is no fixed minimum. We take one-off backlogs and ongoing weekly workloads. Tell us the volume and deadline and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
How do you handle confidential data?
NDAs as standard, access limited to the people doing the work, and source files returned or deleted at the end on request. If you have specific handling requirements, tell us before you send anything.
What formats do you work with?
Spreadsheets, CSVs, PDFs, scanned images, web-based systems and direct platform admin access. If it is an unusual system, send a sample and we will confirm before quoting.
How do we get started?
Send a description of the work and a small sample of the data. We come back with an approach, a price and a timeline. If it makes sense, we run a sample batch before anything larger.
