These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LENSO Web Design website and any services you engage us to provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

In these Terms, "LENSO", "we", "us" and "our" refer to LENSO Web Design, based in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. "You" and "your" refer to the person or business using this website or engaging our services.

1. Services

LENSO provides website design, web development, e-commerce and Shopify store development, SEO, social media and marketing services, business automation, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and cost of any project will be set out in a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement agreed between you and LENSO. Where those written project terms conflict with these Terms, the project terms will apply for that project.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and may change without notice.
A formal quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless stated otherwise.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be charged separately and may affect the delivery timeline.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, paid themes, plugins, apps, stock images, payment gateway charges and advertising spend.

3. Payments

Projects normally require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance payable as set out in the agreed proposal or invoice.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already allocated.
Final files, source code, store handover or deployment to your live server will take place only after all outstanding payments are cleared.
We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver on time, we need your cooperation. You agree to:

Provide content, images, logos, product details and any other materials required, in a timely manner.
Provide timely feedback and approvals at each stage.
Provide access to any accounts, hosting, domains or third-party tools needed for the project.
Ensure that all material you supply is accurate and that you own it or have the right to use it.

Delays in providing materials, feedback or approvals will extend the project timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the agreed proposal. Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes of direction after a stage has been approved may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

6. Timelines

Any timelines we provide are good-faith estimates based on the agreed scope and on receiving your materials and approvals on schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client input, third-party services, payment gateway or hosting approvals, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, trademarks, logos and materials that you supply to us.
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered design and custom code produced specifically for your project transfers to you.
We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, components and know-how used to build the project, and we may reuse them on other projects.
Third-party assets (themes, plugins, apps, fonts, stock images) remain subject to their own licences.
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Zoho, Shiprocket, payment gateways, hosting providers, and analytics or marketing tools. These are governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes, outages, price increases, policy changes or discontinuation of any third-party service.

9. Hosting, Maintenance and Support

Unless expressly included in your agreement, hosting, ongoing maintenance, security updates, backups and support are not part of a one-time project and are offered separately. After handover, you are responsible for maintaining your website unless you have an active support or maintenance plan with us.

10. SEO and Marketing Results

We apply established best practices for SEO, performance and marketing. However, search rankings, traffic, conversions, sales and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions and your own pricing and offering. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic volume, revenue or business outcome.

11. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing.
If you cancel, you remain liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and advance payments are non-refundable.
If a project is left inactive for more than 60 days due to lack of client response or materials, we may treat it as cancelled and any payments made will be forfeited.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the project. This obligation continues after the project ends.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LENSO's total liability arising out of or connected with any project or your use of this website is limited to the total amount you have paid to us for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

14. Warranty and Bug Fixes

We will fix genuine bugs in our delivered work, reported within 15 days of handover, at no charge. This does not cover issues caused by changes made by you or a third party, third-party platform or plugin updates, hosting or server problems, or new features and change requests.

15. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only and may change without notice. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this website for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful or that may damage, disable or impair it.

16. Privacy

Any personal information you submit through our contact or enquiry forms — such as your name, email address, phone number and project details — is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet failure, government action, strikes, epidemics or third-party platform outages.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page along with the date it was last updated. Continued use of this website or our services after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
